Even with the diverse and amazing options around, you have decided to identify with the Rosebud brand for a rich learning experience. Finding the ideal school for one’s child/children is always a challenging task for many parents. It is a journey that must be undertaken if we truly desire the best. With us at Rosebud Schools, you can be rest assured that the journey won’t be a hectic one because it is our aim to make this process easy and simple till your child/children settles in.
We urge you visit us and take a tour of our facilities along with your child/children. You can schedule a tour to suit your convenience or register for any of our Open House events across the session. Application for admission will only be processed when all the required and necessary documents as listed in the application form are received by our Admission team. Once the applicant has been offered admission, acceptance is indicated by the payment of required fees. No student will be considered enrolled until all required documents has been returned to the school.
Our application form can be obtained from the school Administrative office or downloaded online. The application form costs N5000. Please submit duly completed application form to the Admission officer at the school Administrative Office. The admission office will thereafter advise you of the dates available to sit for entrance assessment test.
Dear Prospective Parent, it is important that you fill the form correctly and completely so that we can have your documents properly filed and for us to have a reliable record of your child/children. It must be duly signed and information provided must be correct and reliable.
Please state your child’s names (First name, Surname and other names) as you want them to appear on all his/her school records. The names you provide on this form will appear on all official records (Certificates and Reports) and follow the child all through his/her learning period at Rosebud Schools. Please ensure that the contact address, email and phone numbers supplied are correct and active so as to facilitate effective communication.
Along with this form, please attach two recent passport-size photograph, birth certificate, photocopies of immediate past academic records, medical reports stating genotype, blood group, HIV status and other medical conditions the child/children may have. For children in the Preschool arm, their immunization records must also be submitted.
